| Bridget CONNOLLY married Thomas GRIFFIN (a labourer from Flaskagh), in the Roman Catholic chapel of Granlahan, Castlerea, County Roscommon on 16th March 1876. Thomas' father was John GRIFFIN, also a labourer. The witnesses at the wedding were Honoria GRIFFIN and John CONNOLLY, possibly Bridget's brother. Their first four children were born in Ireland and the rest in Widnes, Lancashire. Bridget died at the age of 72 years in Widnes in 1924. |
